PAROV STELAR WILL RETURN TO PRAGUE IN OCTOBER. WILL PLAY NEW SONGS FROM HIS UPCOMING ALBUM
After a thrilling show at the sold-out Forum Karlín, Parov Stelar returns to the venue. The popular project of Austrian producer, DJ and musician Marcus Füreder will dance for the Czech audience on 17 October 2025 – again at the Forum Karlín, but this time with brand new songs from the upcoming album. Tickets for 1358 CZK will be available from Monday 16 December 11:00 in Ticketportal and Ticketmaster.
Parov Stelar has announced that he is preparing a new album, which means that the upcoming tour with a stop in Prague will also be influenced by the news. The album is born during a crucial and exciting chapter of this project, looking to push creative boundaries and bring a fresh new take on the unmistakable sound that has so enchanted fans over the past few years. Of course, there are electrifying live performances to follow the record, immersive visual shows, revamped classics and complete reinventions designed to redefine the live music experience. Marcus Füreder, better known by his stage name Parov Stelar, is one of Austria’s most important and successful artists. He started his music career in the 1990s, but didn’t start his solo career until 2004, when he founded his own label, Etage Noir Recordings. He performs both alone and with the Parov Stelar Band. But whether recording in the studio or performing live, Parov Stelar’s project masterfully combines a fusion of genres and art that creates an unprecedented listening experience under his baton. He classifies his music in the genre of “electro swing”. It combines the music of the 1940s with modern electronic elements, funk and jazz samples. This genre cocktail has quickly found a place not only in the hearts of fans around the world, but also with DJs who play his hits at full volume at parties and balls.
Throughout his career, Parov Stelar has won numerous music awards. He has won 10 Amadeus Austrian Awards alone, and he also came first in the Music Moves Europe Talent Award, and his song All Night has sold over 100,000 copies in Italy. With three million listeners on the streaming platform Spotify, the Austrian musician is one of the most successful electronic artists in the world.
In the past, he has collaborated on remixes with Lana Del Rey, Lady Gaga and Lukas Graham, and his music has been featured in numerous films, TV commercials and shows. Currently, Parov Stelar has 10 studio albums, over twenty EPs and one live album to his credit. But it is the songs All Night and Booty Swing that have taken the Austrian DJ’s project to the top of electronic music.
