In the 35 years of their existence, Tata Bojs have never stood still, constantly evolving their music. Whether in the retro or futuristic direction, their desire to innovate is at the heart of everything they do.
The uniqueness and a certain sympathetic restlessness of the band around Milan Cais and Mardoša is currently brought to life in the film by the winner of four Czech Lions, Marek Najbrt “tata_bojs.doc”, and will certainly be confirmed by the concert return of Tata Bojs to Prague’s Karlín Forum on February 25, 2025.
Similarly to the „A/B“ album launch in Forum Karlín in 2015, or the unique performance with the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra hosted a year later, the upcoming show also promises an unforgettable audiovisual experience. Among other things, it will be the launch of a brand new, as of yet untitled four- song EP!
It will first be released digitally as individual singles and the full album will be available for the first time at the concert in Forum Karlín as a limited edition in vinyl. However, fans can pre-order it now together with tickets for the concert and pick it up on the day of the show at Forum Karlín.
New songs, two of which, namely „Bůh má problém“ and „Slovní“, are already regularly played by the band at their concerts, will be complemented by the set list of proven gems from the Tata Bojs discography. But it wouldn’t be Tata Bojs if they didn’t prepare something more. In addition to the aforementioned EP, we can also look forward to a new scenography tailored for the venue by Milan Cais, inspired by one of his works from the Contemporary Problems series and exhibited this year in Prague’s Chemistry Gallery. There are many other things in the pipeline, however, the rest will remain shrouded in mystery for now…
