Rockers like no other – Nothing But Thieves are heading to Fora Karlín
No other British rock band has had as much success in recent years as Nothing But Thieves. In their music, there is room for aggressive rock and sensitive pop melodies, and thanks to the charisma of singer Conor Mason, everything fits together perfectly. Muse or Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance chose them for their tour. Nothing But Thieves will perform on February 16, 2024 at Forum Karlín.
Advance ticket sales (990 crowns) will be launched on June 16 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster. Registered Fource Friends customers will receive their tickets two days earlier.
The self-titled album became the UK rock band’s best-selling US debut in 2015. Now Nothing But Thieves are preparing their fourth album, Dead Club City, which will be released on July 7. They are currently tempting her with the single Overcome, which captures the mood of the entire album and reflects emotions associated with escape, hope and new beginnings. “Just pick yourself up, throw things in your backpack and get out! The entire record will be ideal for someone who is attracted to such an idea,” they describe.
Nothing But Thieves returns to Prague after two hopelessly sold-out concerts at the Roxy and also a fresh performance at the biggest Rock for People stage, where they confirmed the reputation of a band that can authentically captivate an audience regardless of its size. If most rock bands only pretend to be authentic and put genre spectacle in the foreground, Nothing But Thieves are bright without losing their fun edge.
